Individuals and organizations are welcome to feature our games in gameplay videos, live streams, reviews, and articles about family play or parenting.
You may record gameplay, share screenshots, add subtitles or narration, and edit clips.
Monetization through advertising or viewer donations is also permitted.
No prior application or notice to us is needed, and we charge no usage fee, as long as you follow the conditions below.
- Please use a legitimately obtained public release or public demo.
- Please include the game title and a link or directions to its official page.
- This permission does not cover extracting and distributing or selling game images, music or other assets, or making merchandise featuring the characters.
- Please avoid presenting your content as official or endorsed by us, or using it in ways that infringe the rights of others.
You do not need to notify us after publishing.
05 / Use in facilities
Using our games in your facility
Our games are welcome in nurseries, kindergartens, hospitals, clinics, childcare centers, play areas in shops and hotels, and other places children visit.
Games purchased with a one-time payment may be offered to children for play or while waiting, under your facility’s supervision.
We charge no additional fees or monthly fees for this use within your facility. No prior application, notice to us or annual renewal is required.
- Both commercial and nonprofit facilities are welcome, including those that charge for their regular services, such as medical care, childcare or accommodation.
- Please check the store’s terms and the terms of your purchase for the app’s price, the number of devices you can install it on, and how it may be distributed.
- Please contact us separately if you wish to charge specifically for playing the game, redistribute it, or use it to make commercial products.
